Get her to the doctor NOW.. she could have a blockage and end up rupturing her bowels.. if that happens her life will be in grave danger..DO not give her any more food or drink!! Take her to the hospital immediately!

Try a medicine called Little Tummy's for constipation, it's concentrated prune juice, just a little bit goes a long way. It doesn't taste good so you'll have to force it. Put the end of the dropper against the cheek at the back of the mouth, you shouldn't let them go more than 3 days with no BM, that can cause a bowel obstruction which is very serious! Make an appointment with your doctor.

I used prune juice when my son was constipated and it worked well you dont need to use much. I would recommend calling the doctor and speaking with the nurse there may or may not be a problem sometimes that is normal for some ppl to only go every few days but it is best to check with the dr. to make sure

It's no joke to go for 5 days without doing the do - intestinal toxins are the root of all kinds of illnesses, some very serious. She probably needs an enema. Or at least giver her a glycerine (or ivory soap) suppository. Really you should be intervening if she hasn't done for 3 days.

One time my 4 month old hadn't had a bowel movement in 5 days, I called the doctor and she prescribed glycerin suppositories. We tried them and it worked. But then he got constipated again and my sister-in-law's husband taught me how to stretch my baby's legs bending them at the knees and pushing them upwards several times and it also worked. I like the natural approach better.

Call your doctor, it's not a big deal at all, but call anyways. If I remember, they said I should add caro syrup to the bottle, but I'm not sure. Also, you could try getting her to eat grapes, they do a number on my little girl. Make sure she's getting enough to drink too, if she's dehydrated that could have an effect. Goodluck

give her some baby water or pedialyte. pedialyte can be as a juice or they make popsicles too... its got electrolytes, etc. in it to make sure her body is getting the nutrition she needs, but it also helps with the constipation!!!
