punching, screaming, yelling, running. i like to yell at people to release some of my frustrations...hope that helps

Breath, deep, keep breathing until you calm down. Punch the pillow, it will not mind. I used to punch and kick my bag all the time to let off steam.

Just let it all out with a yell! I scream sometime just because it feels good. Praying and writing in a journal also help... Throwing something works too! I have thrown my remote so many times, I have to tape it.

your a woman so punch away. i'm sure the force of impact that your punches produce is equivalent to or less than of a house fly landing on mountain. no damage done but it still helps propitiate your current frustration. win/win solution.

Run lukewarm water over your wrists, then go for a long walk. I also find lifting weights very helpful.
