depends on which neighbor..if it was the couple across the street id be upset because they are nice people..if it was the nosey busybody next door to them i think the entire street would have a block party

if it was my neighbor i would laugh, i dont associate with neighbors, unless they listen to the same stuff i do, honestly thats how i make friends, by the music
