If you mean inspecting a room to stay in, do a quick looksie to see if at first glance it looks clean - if not, then that's probably a bad sign.

Check the bathroom for cleanliness - do you see any mold, mildew, or soap scum that makes it appear that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly?

Check the overall floor appearance - does it look vaccumed?

If you can, check the bed, flip down the covers and see if there are any critters on the sheets - supposedly lots of rooms have them now -yuck!

If you have officially rented the room and are determining if your room is sufficient or if you need to ask for another one, check to make sure things are working - the tv, the heating/cooling unit, the toilet, the fridge, and microwave if you have them and need them.

Check the locks! Make sure those are in good working order.

Your question makes no sense whatsoever. "What to know hotel room inspecting for the hotel?"... Please repost this in a more readable format.
