Why don't you know is a better question?

That could be about 1 of 100 different pills. It is always hard to know what a pill is just by it's color size and a number and letter. It could be a generic form of a drug who knows. Try typing in what you think it is and do a web search. Go to the pharmaceutical web site and see if the pills in the ad look like the one you have. That is the best way I know of. It may take a little time, but it can be done. You could also call a pharmacy and talk to a pharmacist, just describe the pill and maybe they will know. There is a good chance that they can at lest narrow it down to 5 or so possibilities.

Definitely not Ativan. Ativan only has symbols/numbers on one side. The other side is flat with no visible line that determines if it can be broken into one half. Ask your Doc that precribed it, or read the prescription bottle. So, I have no idea what this pill is. Never take a pill that you have no idea what it is for!!!

Does sound like 1mg of Ativan if it's 57 R. Don't take my word for it though.
