My husband only bathes once a wek, me, daily, how do i get him to be cleaner without negatvity or belittlement

Ever since we ben together his grooming habits we lax, but last year or so, he thinks if i even mention that he smells bad, im being naggy or to negative. I get nausous at the sight of his underwear, have thrown up over the smell of is body oder, i have to sleep with the fan on and window open in the bedroom so i dont get a whiff of his stench. If i thought the offer of sex would make him want to bathe id be givng him b/j every day..he has no sexual desire at all, and worse thing is, i still love him but am at my wits end trying to figure some way to make him be cleaner about himself.

Invite him to join you in the bath or shower and make sure he has a good time. He'll shower more often

I think you are going to have to embarrass him a little..There really isn't any way around it..You can try asking him to join you, but I don't think you are going to want that every day! I have had to do this once or twice..Just casually tell him before he goes to bed, "Honey, I left you a towel and clothes in the bathroom, why don't you go hop in the shower and I'll see ya when you get out" Try something like that.

Take more romantic bubble baths together with your romantic music, drinks and candles light atmosphere in the bathroom. Or if you have hot tub invest in one to fire up the marriage. We invest in a lot of other things we need how about the marriage. Teach each others about clean health and sit down talk sweet to each other. You catch more bees with honey!

just tell him straight forward...
"honey, you know I read an article today in one of my magazines that when people take showerd once a day, or once every other day, it increases sexual desirability between the couple." and this won't turn out to be false because im sure that once he scrubs up that you will want him more than ever!!...since you will be able to stand near him and not faint from his stenchy B.O.

Deny him sex. Lie and tell him you got a vaginal infection. Tell him your doctor said it's the kind of infection that can only come from a partner that doesn't properly clean himself. But get him to wash himself gradually from once a week to every three days to every two, until he does it every day.

I don't think you can approach it without him taking it negatively. Most people bath daily, maybe ask him why he chooses not to.

just tell him it isn't a good idea to sleep in bed with all the daily germs he as accumulated just from being out and about.. tell him to jump in right before he goes to bed

Buy him designer cologne, bath wash and deodorant..if that doesn't work, don't give him bj's unless he's clean!
