Nothing really bothers me much, but I do worry about you, and your endorsement of the half truth as proof.

Don't worry they will be very sad next year in November. The Democrats will win by a landslide. Both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue will see an increase in Democratic control. The neocons and Bush, their fearless leader, have made it very likely that Democrats will be in power for a couple of decades.

I too have reached the limits of my patience with Neocon hubris, and how that arrogance allows them to blatantly ignore palpable facts. They delude themselves, and seek to spread their delusion, like a virus, to an unsuspecting public.

But do you want to know what I am even sicker of? What I am really fed up with is American complacency, which grants legitimacy to Neocon ideology by virtue of not doing anything to counteract it. The nonsensical platforms of Neocons could not persist without the laxity of the American public, who refuses to call Neocons on their mendacity.

If you think arrogance is limited to the neocons you're fooling yourself.

Incompetence may be limited to the present occupant of the White House and his entire administration, but not arrogance.

Arrogance is what made Bill Clinton act the way he did, which in turn caused the result of the 2000 election.

No arrogance, no Monica Lewinsky and no GWB victory.

The entire troupe...What makes the US special in the history of nations is our commitment to the rule of law and our devotion to Democracy and the rights of individuals. Because the Founders were insightful students of human nature, they knew that there is good and evil in every human being. They feared the abuse of power precisely because they understood that each of us lives everyday with an internal system of checks and balances. and none of us can be relied on to be virtuous if we are allowed to attain an unhealthy degree of power over our fellow citizens.

I did even before the lie-based invasion. This was during the months of Coultergeist being aired on every Fox News Show to call those who opposed the war, cowards, traitors, and communists.

The long list of chicken hawks arrogance is only surpassed by their enriching themselves financially at the expense of both the lives and limbs of our brave soldiers, and the national treasury
