I can only suppose that you mean with H2SO4 catalyst. The product would be 4-(2,3-dimethyl-2-butyl)- 1-methoxybenzene. 2,3-Dimethyl-2-butene is (CH3)2C=C(CH3)2. You cannot get "dimethyl" from that.
