Well my Ram is supposed to be 1024MB (1gb) but its says 896MB on the Ram test and that means the 128 MB for Graphics is coming out of my Ram and to check why that happened I found out that it says Nvidia 6100 using available PCI-Express slot on the box but when I cracked open the case to find out that theres no Graphics card at all let alone a Nvidia 6100. I got the PC a year ago from Bestbuy so what should I do I lost the Receipt and now should I take it back to Bestbuy or something else. If you know please tell me. Thanks. I have a Gateway GT4016 Media Center PC.

The GPU is built onto the motherboard and yes it is sharing the computer's ram. You should be able to add a graphics card to your system if you want. This will speed the system up and free up some ram, along with better graphics performance.

I doubt that Best Buy will do anything for you. You can always try though. That's not right that they would advertise something incorrectly. I have not had the best of luck with them myself either. Good luck.

Your GPU is part of the Nvidia chipset that is hardwired to the motherboard. You can not see the Nvidia label because it is covered by the heatsink.

If there is no GPU, there will be no VGA output socket at the back of the PC where you connect the monitor.

I always thought that the GT4016 had an integrated graphics card, you should check to see if it does. Plus if you have a VGA (or DVI) slot to plug in your monitor then it has a GPU
