Not to be the Moral Police, or anything, but think about karma, if you want to be the other woman, or how long you can be comfortable with sneaking around, or how jealous you can be. Think about if you'll fall into the "friend with benefits" pattern and/or are you ok with that or do you know you want a real relationship with this guy.
If you've got all that squared away then ask him out for something simple like coffee. If you two get hot and heavy sooner than later, set up rules of engagement that you know you will be happy with and won't renig on. And most importantly, don't put all your eggs in one basket. That is to say, like him, flirt with him, but keep your eyes peeled for other takers. You don't want to push him away before you get him because you became too clingy. Going out on other dates, or keeping busy with girlfriends or other activities help you maintain your "Hot Commodity" status. Never be too available.

Wow... you're really not afraid of coming off trampy and having him reject you...... interesting....
Leave him alone. If it's meant to be then it will be. If you were able to wait a few years to start something then I'd say you can wait a little longer. If he and his gf break up- THEN you could make a move without being considered a tramp.
Keep in mind that trying to steal him away from his gf is not a healthy way to start off any type of relationship.

Take off all your clothes, walk up to him and say "HI". But since you don't care that he's in a relationship, don't be too shocked if someone else steals him from you down the road also.

You should be respectful of the fact that he is in a relationship. Always put yourself in the other person's shoes. What if you were the girlfriend, and another girl was trying to steal your man?

you shouldn't try to break him up with his g/f... thats rude! If he was interested in you he will pursue you, even if he is with another girl. Let him be the one to decide, then you won't have to deal with the fact that you are the home wrecker type. If he is with his current g/f but is still looking to upgrade and he is interested in you, then you shouldn't have any problems trying to date him.

Maybe he wants you as a friend...and if it doesn't work out with his present girlfriend...May be he will ask you out. Or take the bull by the horns and ask him out.
