They did have translators there several of them in fact. But they did not speak the dialect that this man did. Although they were able to converse with him. The whole thing was wrong from the get go.... He should never have been released, but tired like every other pedophile. Or at least released in the custody of the mother of the child he raped......

When we get rid of all the liberal judges who are so worried about the rights of criminals and not about the victims of crime, maybe things will turn around. I get crazy when I see how there are so many sick individuals who feel sorry for the people who are causing so many problems. How about the ones who feel so bad for the terrorists and for people who are out to kill us!!! An illegal molested and murdered a 7 year old child in my area and there were people writing in and making excuses for this man; no concern for the family who was grieving over the loss of an innocent little boy. What the heck is wrong with people who sympathize with these monsters!! People are worried about Cooey's rights because he has some learning disabilities!! He murdered a little girl by molesting her and then burying her alive. He held her in his trailer where two other adults said they didn't notice a thing!! Sheer insanity!! Get these animals and put the death penalty into effect!! I am tired of the insanity!!!!!!!!!!!

anyone who rapes a child should be locked up and have the key thrown away regardless of any type of communicational issues!
If a person is proven to be a threat to society (and especially in this case when children are at risk) then they should either be returned to the jungle with the rest of the animals or simply locked up before it happens to someone else. And if he cant be made to understand why he is being punished - then thats another reason why he should not be allowed to roam free throughout society.
Its not about race or religion or politics - but to put it quite simply the difference between human and other animals is that we have the ability to reason! If a human cannot be reasoned with via communication then to me... they are not human!

This was in Montgomery County, one of the most liberal in the People's Republic Of Md. The first solution is to make English the official language of the USA. If you are charged with a crime and do not speak English, it should be your problem to find an interpreter, not the job of the government!
The judge was way out of line! He should be removed, but the Boy Governor (O'Malley) will most likely give him a medal!
There are too many people who think that personal responsibility should not matter, and the nanny state should take care of us.
