how insane are they in America?? they lend money to the welfare crowd, and then they wonder whey they don't get repaid.

Calling it insane is being too kind. How about stupid fools that gave money to the "Gimme" crowd.

That's why they shouldn't be loaning them money. They should be giving it to them instead.
