Nothing wrong with any of these answers but corn needs lots of nitrogen, the first number of the three on a bad.

You should fertilize sweet corn with dry fertilizer before planting, again when corn is 8" tall, and again when 18" tall. Or, use liquid fertilizer every three weeks.

Hi get a soil test run someplace. If nothing else get some 10-20-10 and thats the most common.

Composted Manure. I use it to fertilize everything.
