I believe they do bring a lot to our economy, and its is NOT more than they take. For low paying jobs they do work a lot of people wont. && if they arent there to do them. Who will? and usually immigrants are only trying survive && feed their families. Theyre not hurting anyone.

Other than being a drain on our economy, they bring nothing but trouble! Last year the Wall Street Journal ran a story about a chicken processing plant in Georgia that got raided and 700 some odd illegals arrested. Well, the capitalist pigs weren't about to shut down the plant and lose money, were they? So first thing they did was hike wages by $1 an hour across the board (all positions, supervisors to line workers), and guess who the biggest beneficiaries were? The local black community who lined up to take the jobs! Yes, illegals depress wages. Yes, they take jobs from Americans. That's beyond debate now!

It seems as though there's a lot of assumptions made on this subject and no facts. What percentage of illegal aliens are on welfare? How many support themselves? Do they take jobs that we wouldn't want anyway? Do their descendants become productive citizens or gangsters? And if so, what percentage? I don't know the answers to these questions but I'd like to see the numbers. Do they exist?

The immigrants bring lots. They are VERY hard working and do the jobs Americans simply will not do. They do not ask for a high pay, just enough to live on.

Yep,they bring cheap labor for big business.And with that said they are thus driving down other wages,and creating a mess.So I guess it is good for the rich and sucks for the average Joe.

illegal aliens as in from outer space? this is earth there are no true owners of this planet therefor no such thing as illegal aliens.if you think that someone from another country is an illegal alien then i guess all white people in north america are illegal aliens.People do not own the planet we just live and die here.

well they clearly bring a huge workforce...
I've never seen actual stats on it though (I've seen one sided ones... but never a comparison personally)... as far as how many use government services vs. the benefits they bring to many industries... which of course goes back into the economy...

some pay into medicare and social security, but wont reap the benifits by doing so...thats good...but they in a whole cost tax payer millions a years...so they take more then they give
