Taking boat up the Mississippi and would like a hotel or B & B close to river with docking?

I really not sure. You may try a search for; Mississippi river bed and breakfast
Have you considered going up the "Tombigbee River"? It may have some places too and easier to go up. Then come down the Mississippi. Wish I could help more.
