10 times, but I caught myself on the staircase's handrail, so I wouldn't get hurt (I just did it in front of my kids after asking them how many times it takes them to get dizzy)! My oldest & I agree 10 times is the magic number. The 10 y.o. says 20 times & the 6 y.o. says 25 times. I guess it is somehow related to each of our sizes/mass -- the bigger U are, means less time running around & conversely, smaller means more running around!

If U run around about fifty times running, you would get dizzy.
If U were in a chair and spin 100 times, U will get dizzy.

it depends on the how big of a circle you make it... but most people a few turns will get you dizzy. So just get really drunk and sit in a chair and let someone duck tape you to it, and let them spin you around till the chair actually falls down.

She may have been dizzy because she had stayed up so late. I get dizzy too when I have had a big day and I am overtired, my eyes just go blurry and everything spins. How come she was allowed to watch tv at 11.30 at night. Tv makes children hyperactive (in their brain) so no wonder she couldn't sleep. Actually I find tv gives me headaches. I find when I let my toddlers watch too much tv they go silly and seem all hyped up. I turn the tv off at 6pm every night, otherwise they would never sleep. Your daughter could have low blook pressure. I have extremely low blood pressure and get dizzy when I move too fast, even just getting up from a chair will make me dizzy. I don't think you need to take her to a doctor, unless she was vomiting or had severe headaches.

I haven't done that since I was a kid. I don't remember how long it took. The feeling was pretty great, though.
