finally get a chance to pass them, and they speed up and try to not let you, is it legal to shoot them? It certainly is NOT morally wrong.

I'm maniacal, even though I have a beautiful custom truck, you pull that crap...I'll speed up even faster, then hit brakes hard, locking them up! THAT ALWAYS GETS THEIR ATTENTION!

Yes and yes.
When I get in my car, I try to relax. Everybody is in a hurry, distracted, just argued with the spouse, who knows...everyones story is different, including my own. Plan on giving even the rude a little space. If I'm running late for an appointment, it's my problem that I didn't leave earlier.
I'm going to get to my destination, eventually, as long as I am doing what I am suppose to do. My main goal besides getting to point B is to do it alive. PPL need to calm down.

its certainly not illegal to flip them off which is usually what happens when hubby is driving...
