I have a couple clothing items that suggest hand washing. Is there antything more to it than sticking them in a bucket and shaking them? D:

Put them in a mesh baggie and put your washer on delicate cold wash and rinse and I would use woollite soap...After the wash I would put them on gentle in the dryer for about 10 to 15 minutes....or else hand them up or lay them flat on a towel or sheet to dry....

I hand wash clothes on the delicate cylcle on my washing machine and it works great. If they can't be dried in the dryer and only can be flat dried I do so. It works. It's quite simple.

yeah, i cheat.... gentle cycle.... mesh laundry bag.... full washing machine load so they don't get tossed around too much! works for my washable silks, rayons, etc. i then take then out a couple minutes after the spin sysle starts - if you let it go the full cycle the wrinkles are horrible! hang to dry /drip.
