Maybe its too late to have our prayers answered.

"even God cant change the past, no matter how many tears are cried"

This shouldn't have happened to Maddie

Well I believe in God. I believe in freewill and I believe in sin. I also believe what the bible says about children suffering because of the sins of their father. God's timing is not the same as ours. Some prayers get answered some don't. Maddy is in God's hands and that is the only thing I know for sure. Whether she is still here on earth or with him in Heaven. I also believe God knows what has happened to Maddy and he can't return her to her parents if she is no longer living.

If there was a God I don't believe his plan would be to intervene too much in the scheme of things. He'd just set the ball rolling and the rest is up to us.Why wasn't Hitler struck with a bolt of lightning, why do the Palestinians have such miserable lives, why is the world plagued with famine?Cos the ball's still rolling perhaps.

I'm sure that someone will offer you an answer pertaining to original sin,so i simply offer two personal thoughts- there is no god, because how could an omnipotent, omnipresent force of goodness allow such a thing to happen, the other aspect is that this poor wee lassie , if alive(which i very much doubt), should never be returned to the people who so cruelly abandoned her to the the darkness

Don't blame God for what some evil man (and/or woman) has done. We tend to blame God for every single thing on this planet but we find it convenient to cross the street to avoid some poor beggar asking for money!

Good job Pagreen!
You just questioned the will of The Almighty Creator.
Now he's _pixxed_ and will _never_ return Maddie to her parents and it's *All Your Fault!*
