If you have a blue toilet cleaner in your water, and your toilet paper is yellow, it will turn green. Or your pee is yellow and that is turning the blue water green.

Sounds like copper copper contamination, are you a robot?
I am guessing it is turning green after you drop it into the water so if you dont have one of those toilet tank dispensers putting green dye in the water check for copper in your water.

Cut down on your spinich consumption. Drinking excessive amounts of green beer will also cause the same effect. It could also be algie. Drink diluted bleach.

I wouldn't worry about it. You can always use both sides, to conserve paper and save a tree.
