how do i use my tv as a monitor for my pc?

If you think that the TV being large is going to be cool forget it. Text will be fuzzy and graphics ********.

Don't buy into the monitor/TV scam the monitor guys are using cuz it just ain't so.

If you want to have a larger screen for a computer than buy the biggest monitor you can afford or use dual monitors for more real estate.

You need a video card with a TV-out connector.

Unless you have a fairly new TV with a high resolution, expect it to look pretty crappy. Computer monitors are much higher resolution than most TVs.

You need a graphics card on your PC that can interface with your TV (Svideo out, tv out, dvi, etc)

you have to buy a converter. i saw one a radio shack the other day. it was on sale. normally they would cost 50-70 dollars
