Medium fry is $1, a SMALL drink is $1, not sure about medium

It depends what part of the country you are in, medium fry is usually between $1-$2. A medium drink is about the same again depending on where you are, $1-$2.

I work at a McDonald's in Tennessee and the medium fry is on our dollar menu. A medium drink is: $1.10.

You are going to get all sorts of different answers. I live in Alaska and the prices are a little higher here. Also I can go a mile or even less to another McDonald's and the prices can be a little different.
