.....So me and my fiance, have been goin through a L.O.T of hard times lately (weve been together for 2yrs) I could sense he seemed distant from all our daily pressures.....Yesterday he said he was leaving to get a pop [not unusual] and that he would be back shortly......When he came back, he was crying profusely and when I kept asking him what was wrong, he just looked at me with the most devastating face ever, kissed me, and said "I really hope you forgive me at some point....," then said [while walking away] "I cant be here, I need to take a walk......I finally flagged him down. When we sat down, he painstakingly admitted that he had attempted to try and meet other girls...He said that he just randomly stuck post-its w/his #and "want sex?"on them. When he went to meet up w/ a caller, it was an officer..they said that 2underage girls contacted them[confiscated his weed too] about these notes..now they say he may get Disorderly Conduct w/drug chrge. What can he do to poss fight this?

he knows he made a mistake and This has never happened b4. he admitted that he was wrong, and agrees to do what it takes to save our relationship-hwever, the police arent so forgiving, even though he strongly disagrees to knowing what vehicles belonged to who...but because they said "want sex?"he could be chrgd....He told me obout the day he did that, and we were fighting real bad....he explained that he at that moment, wanted to just make himself feel cared about, NOT really through sex, though~He said he just hoped to make me jealous to for underage sex with a minor...I do believe him...HELP

I forgot to mention* the officer said to me, that out of 15 post-its, only 2 underage, which is why I believe it was more carelessness, than a planned out crime!

FIGHT IT? He did it...and got caught. He should be man enough to take his punishment. Cant take the time? Dont do the crime.

I don't think he can fight this and win. A lawyer will charge a great deal of money. If he pleads not guilty and he's a first time offender, he may get a fine and probation or a short jail term. I'm more concerned about you. He did the crime so let him deal with it and suffer the consequences. You did nothing but support him. It sounds like he has a problem which will just get worse. Do you want to deal with this for the rest of your life? I wouldn't. I see this daily on my job and the first thing they say is "it won't happen again" but it does - over and over and over. It's a sickness. A new law is trying to get passed which will demand 20 years for 3 time offenders! Move on with your life and find someone who can respect you and not want you to get jealous over his actions. Good Luck.

How can I put this delicately?

DUMP his shady, child molesting @$$ before Chris Hansen from Dateline's "To Catch a Predator" comes to your house with a SWAT team and a team of cameramen!

Then let him figure out his own legal problems. They apparently thought enough of his little post-its to set up a sting and arrest him, and I guarantee that if scared, underage girls were involved, more charges will be forthcoming. At the least, he'll be a sex offender for the rest of his miserable life.

~EDIT:

Uh, 15 post-its? Are you kidding me? Why the hell are you defending this creep? What the HELL is careless about intentionally trying to get 15 Big Macs instead of your home cooking? And then to turn it on you for some sort of "I wanted to feel cared about" crap! What's he going to do next time that you hurt his feelings? Rape someone?

I try to not judge people on YA, but damn girl, you deserve everything you get from this guy if you allow him to get away with this, and even try to help him stay out of jail (yeah, right) over this. Sorry, but if you believe his crap and let him slide on it, you deserve what you get ... which will be 5-10 through bulletproof glass and sticky telephones.

He was busted red handed. There is nothing that can be done but go through the legal process and hope the judge looks favorbly on his situation. It sounds like a sure conviction though. He was crying because he got caught otherwise you would never have found out.

Two things:

1. Although he should NOT fight it and get put in jail for being a retard, he could plead temporary retardation.

2. What the crap?

Welcome to your life. You have decided to accept "defending a drug using looser" as you place in life. If your intelligence level goes up, you can choose "dumping drug using loser and living a happy fife" The choice is yours.
