also the front right tire is loose. you can take it and shake it when the car is in park. when i drive slow i can feel the vibrating or bouncing at the front of the car like something is off. the front right tire is also loose. like i can take it and wiggle it but it aint to the point of it coming off. anyone know what that could be?

It could be several things. Put the front up on jack stands making sure it is on there solidly with the parking brake on. Have some one move the wheel back and forth while you look to see where the play is. It could be a ball joint tie rod end or wheel bearing. as far as the vibration spin the wheel on the car and see if it's round if you feel a bounce at slow speeds it's usually a tire with a bulge that could explode violently I saw one blow the fender half way off of a car in a parking lot one time when I worked at a Chevy dealer. It was towed in for a vibration that turned out to be the tire.

yeah get it fixed, sounds like an axle bearing or something is coming loose.
