where would u put a timer for use on a bobcat S150?thanks

Most hour meters are wired through a normally open pressure switch that is screwed into an oil pressure port. That way the meter only works when the engine is running and not when the ignition switch is accidently left on.

do you mean an hour meter ??? i would hook it up to the wire that goes to the fuel shutoff soleniod. this will tell you when the engine is actually running or you could just hook it up to any hot wire from the key and that will tell you when the key is on
