i ignore them!!if they are repeatedly not nice,then they are really going to hear it from me!!

it depends on how often i have to deal with them.
if very seldom, probably nothing. if on a regular basis i would probably start off nice...something like "is there a problem?" or "are you upset about something?"
then i would wait to see what they have to say.

if it was me then i wouldnot say nothing to the person at all , it is telling me that she has an attitude problem , . and not only that . one does not need peopl;e in their lives that are not nice , , to you
