A timeswitch turns BBC radio 4 on about 7am, it isn't too loud to startle me out of sleep, 6 out of 7 days it is the Today light hearted news programe, Sunday it is a religious programme, not a service though, sometimes that is interesting.
The first thing I do after waking is update the diary with yesterdays events, my mind is clearer in the morning when I am fresh.

Since My Boyfriend Leaves for work around 8ish, he calls every morning to say hi, or he send text messages, so when my phone goes off, it wakes me up, that's how i prefer to be woken up, mostly to the voice of my Boyfriend :)

i prefer not to be woken up, and most people dont like wakin me up cos i mr grumpy pants in the morning.

if i do have to be woken up it's better with a hot sweet cup of tea.

coffee for first element interior the morning. None of that coffee bean stuff. I mean the actual instant coffee. Then tea later interior the day. And a pint of English bitter Ale at lunch time. thank you to circulate....

By my significant other kissing me (or doing something naughtier *wink*).

If I don't have one (like now) I'd prefer not to be awakened in the morning unless my life is in danger lol I will get up eventually!

I either get the alarm clock, or a cat walking over me. I think the most pleasant wake up call was opening my eyes to Sophie (pictured) checking to see if I was breathing.

My alarm clock goes off and then my wife brings me in a cup of tea.
