Logically speaking, the only difference between a corpse is and any other inanimate object is that someone is pretty likely to feel some sort of attachment to the corpse. From a purely physical point of view, it's no more wrong to have sex with a corpse than it is to have sex with a hamburger. Neither would be a typical behaviour, but that only makes it wrong in a 'fitting in with everyone else' sense (a goal that's not likely to be achievable anyway).
Most of the outrage you are seeing is purely cultural in nature. There are societies who would our typical behaviour of burying a body in the ground as an atrocity. You would be required to do different things by their standards... maybe set fire to it, hang it from a tree, keep it in your living room for a week, or even eat it. People in each of those cultures sometimes have trouble looking out and seeing that their own narrow view is not necessary the only one.
If you have obtained the corpse by legal means and such an act is not against the laws of the region you are in, then I say go right ahead if you feel like it. I guarantee you that the corpse will never complain. And on the scale of all human behaviours, that makes it fairly innocuous as far as I can tell.
Peace.

It would be totally wrong.
Because it's a dead body starting to decay. You would be defiling a human being who is not giving consent and not respecting the sanctity of the deceased. The relatives of the deceased would be devastated. So many reasons.........
Regardless of religious beliefs or no it is just not acceptable an explanation is not needed its just wrong. it is one of life's taboos.
When my father died the way that the nurses and undertakers treated his body with such respect was one of the things that gave me comfort at such a devastating moment.

hey, i had no idea if u did actually screw a corpse it was called necrophilia i can barely pronounce the word let alone think about it. nevertheless its an enquiring question but it has a simple answer. In my point of view it is revolting to be shagging a dead being who cant even respond let alone approve of ur actions. I hope u dnt intend to carry out this act but id like to hear about it if u do!!! (joke) best if you dnt u might catch some sort of dead disease!! (dry joke) ;-)

Only if that's included in your particular definition of wrong.
While I would personally never do it, I don't see how there's any sort of moral issue here. The dead don't care, and I don't really see how the opinion of the living on the matter is important.
Just because something is against the law doesn't make it wrong.

I believe necrophilia is a felony? Anyway, what's the attraction? As an exercise in awareness, try to figure out why someone would make that choice. Could be very revealing, eh?
P.S. "Extra credit" for your "...religious crap" comment :)) "They", after all, are quite boring, eh?

It's masturbation in the same form as any other. It would be an acquired 'fetish' like any other. Sex for pleasure with a living body is only different in that consent was necessary to do so. Those who do not want to bother with consent or are incapable of getting consent from the one they wish to use for their pleasure either rape or use bodies that cannot consent. It is the pursuit of pleasure for that person. All moral attributes are imposed by society though it would appear to be unnatural as most organisms copulate for the sake of procreation. This has only to do with pleasure.

Morally and ethically, people will destroy you with this question. I will leave that to them.
Philosophically, it is also wrong. Let us say the person is alive and does not permit to have consentual sex with you. If you continue regardless, this is rape.
With a dead body, it is impossible to determine what their position would have been in life as to their attitude toward sex with you. Therefore, if you proceed to have sexual intercourse with the corpse, this should also be classified as rape as in no way can it be considered consentual.
In fact this is the most cowardly form of rape as, in fact, you are disabling the possibility of a negative reply - so you are proceeding to rape a person who is not only ultimately vulnerable but who is unable to refuse verbally or physically.
This is the reason that necrophilia, aka thanatophilia or necrolagnia, is illegalised in many countries and also said to be an action of black magic amongst supertitious and pagan communities the world over.

Sir, you are obviously a man of gothic imagination. But the experience you envision has already been explored by Edgar Allan Poe. Since "Annabel Lee" cannot be rewritten, why waste time on this sterile pleasure?

Of course it's wrong and evil.
When my dog died I held him for a few moments, kissed him then wrapped in a blanket and buried him. I felt it disrespectful to have held onto him any longer than a few moments. He may not have wanted that. When it comes to a human it is vital, respectful to treat the body properly.
