i dont think there is ONE greatest band. i think that there are greats at any moment that are a cut above the rest but after time passes they fall by the wayside as entertainment and humanity changes and so you dont hear about older bands as much now as you did in their heyday some would say the beatles and others would say the 'stones while even others could say pink floyd, zepplin, or skynard. the argument...i mean list could go on and on. no one man's opinion of the greatest should ever determine another's. instead they should try to find what they believe to be the best and stay true to that group. so in my opinion i feel the greatest band of all time is...well i cant say because i feel that all are great in their own way.
