White eyeliner?

what does white eyeliner do to your eyes? do they make them wider? bigger?

White eyeliner is mainly used to give you the look of being wide awake and alert, also making your eyes highlighted and beautiful. The best way to achieve this look is to use a white liner pencil with a sharpened tip. You line the inner rim of your bottom lids with the pencil, and use a black mascara to finsih off the look. Don't use a bold lipcolor or flashy eye color, either.

If you apply a white shadow or liner to the inner corner of your eye it will make them appear wider. smudge it under for a frosted effect and that too will make them look larger. Its always dark for small light for big (ex. black slims) but if you rim your eyes with it completely your just gunna look like your on crack.

I think it adds a retro flair to makeup. Depending on the rest of your makeup, and how you apply it, it could punk, or couture. It opens you eyes and adds sparkle, if you apply it to your top lid.
