try some mascara first. also lay off on the eyeliner, it tends to make small eyes look smaller, but take some shadow and extend outward which will make an enlargening effect.

Im not sure that it will do that much, but just pop out and get a set of falsies and have a play. You dont have to spend much on them either. I have a pair and I think they make my eyes looks a little smaller.
