well,a week ago i went to camp and she was my counselor. I'm 13 and she's 20. She was a really big role model for me,she didn't care what people thought of her,and she was really pretty,even though she didn't realize it.Now that i'm back i think about her all the time and i really want to be with her 24/7 and i want her to like me and know how much she means to me.I don't think i'm 'in love' with her but i'm just wondering why i feel this way.

You found someone you deeply admire. Its like a famous person... EVERYONE can love a famous person for many reasons physicall and personal, but not everyone can say they are in love with the person... You're 13yrs old and she is much older and most likely you were inspired in some way by her. Im sure you would like to look as pretty as her (not to say that you're not) and Im sure there are many things you see in her that you would like to be.. Doesnt mean you are in love with her.... for example: I was a camp counselor 2yrs ago and a 6yr old wrote me a note saying "love you, miss you, want to kiss you." And she cried when I had to send her home on her last day.... It was purely innocent admiration...

It's quite normal for a teenage girl to have a crush on a female teacher or counselor Write her a letter and tell her how much you enjoyed camp and what a good role model you think she is. I am sure she would love to hear from you and to know how much you admire her.

Its not something bad, but you have found some that is what you want to be. I think you admire her and there is really nothing bad about looking up to someone.
