I have a special cupboard, where I place them alphabetically in their cute little bottles - with secure stoppers. :-) bbjo.

When that happens with me, I write poetry. It is very good for relieving feelings, and rewarding.
However, I'm a firm believer that just telling someone when you're upset is very good.
