TNA isn't the only company with so called "rejects", a term idiot fans use. If were talking about major wrestling promotions on TV, like in TNA saying WWE/WCW rejects, I know I may miss some names, looking at notable names...wow let's look at what WWE has had or have on the current roster shall we.....

WCW=Fit Finlay, Booker T, Goldberg, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, Chavo Guerrero, Eddie Guerrero, Psychosis, Big Show, Arn Anderson, Hulk Hogan, Torrie Wilson, Billy Kidman, Gregory Helms, Ric Flair, X-Pac

ECW=Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Sabu, Balls Mahoney, Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Rey Mysterio, Super Crazy, Kurt Angle(before he ever made his debut with WWE, he had a short stint in ECW, but it's ECW isn't it?)

TNA=Mr. Kennedy, Mickie James, Marcus Cor Von, Frankie Kazarian, Trinity...........
That's alot of the WWE roster there. That looks like alot of WCW, ECW, TNA "rejects", don't talk about "rejects" in TNA when WWE has a whole ship load!

Now it's about the "pushing" of stars? No one mentioned the "pushing", it was always, TNA sucks, all they have is WWE "rejects". Because WCW & ECW were bought out? Who cares, WWE didn't have to use them. They had younger talent they could've used, but pushed "has beens" from WCW and ECW!

LOLLOLOLOL good point!

Watch me get booed. And it's not TNA's fault they have 'rejects', it's Jeff Jarret for having a lot of friends from there! And if lets say CM Punk made his own organization like WWE and TNA or ROH and a lot of people from WWE went there, would his organization suck also?

I hate stupid people. I love TNA though, not Pacman Jones.

I agree with Secret Asian Man. The big problem is that they're pushing all the former WWE superstars instead of their homegrown stars. And because of this, their homegrown stars won't really get that over, so they'll have to rely on bringing in more former WWE stars for big name wrestlers, and so on and so on in a vicious cycle. That's the problem I have with TNA. I don't mind them hiring Angle, Cage & company, but they should be helping to get their younger stars over instead of pushing away the younger guys in favor for big names that probably won't even draw that much. It also seems like they're willing to hire just about anyone who used to be a big name, even when they won't draw, while they should instead be looking on the indy circuit for guys who can work and make up the future core of their business.

And also, most of the people you mentioned came to WWE after the their companies folded, went to WWE to get the big paycheck, etc., which is an entirely different thing than TNA is doing now. For many of these guys, it was either work for big bucks in the WWE or go back to the indies. WWE pretty much was the only place at the time that a wrestler could go to earn a good paycheck and get on national TV. Really, no other promotion had that, so going to WWE was the easier choice.

And not only that, but those who transfered and went to main event immediately were names that could draw, like Hogan, Flair & Goldberg (although Goldberg really couldn't draw that well at all). The others were actually somewhat younger talent who hadn't made that much of a name for themselves, so they were given upper midcard and midcard spots and worked their way up, like Jericho, Benoit, RVD, Mysterio & the Guerreros. Kennedy & Mickie were indy wrestlers who were sent through development, so they are by no means a reject. Kazarian left before his debut, and Cor Von was sent to the C Brand, ECW. None of the people you listed for WWE are rejects, and you can say the same for TNA.

However, it seems like TNA is much more willing to push former big names like Cage, Test & Angle to the stars despite the fact that they haven't even proven to be a draw. Many WWE stars worked their way up to be a star or were a huge star already. Cage isn't a name on the same level as Hogan, and Angle isn't either.

I'm a WWE fan and a TNA fan, so I don't think that TNA has rejects, i think that the former WWE wrestlers needed a change that why they went to other show. Some wrestlers do decide to throw in the towel and go on to other things. So you can't throw us wwe fans all up in the same bucket, because we are all not the same, we don't have the same ideas, I sure dont.

Thank you for your time

There's a LOT of excellent "homegrown" talent in TNA, the problem is the bookers of TNA keep hiring other "established" stars and pushing them instead. Nothing against the hiring of them, but when you push them over your own talent it makes it look like you're just using your guys til someone better comes along. We've seen Sting vs Jarrett and Christian vs Rhyno. TNA needs to realize that maybe we would rather see a bit of both "old" and "new" stars.

No, they're not WWE reject, I agree. The problem is that they're PUSHING the WWE rejects.

Look at the people that they're pushing heavily right now: Angle, Cage, Tomko, Steinner, Team 3D, and now Andrew freakin' Martin. They're shoving the wrestlers like Styles and Daniels that made TNA what is it to side, and there's even talk to phasing out the X Division title. THAT is my main objection with them.

As for your WCW/ECW argument, that's not exactly a fair one. Those two companies went out of business and got bought out. Most of the people you listed didn't leave WCW and ECW to go to WWE, they HAD to go to the WWE because their company was bought out. Big difference there.
