I am actually raising my hand. I bought a pair of shoes from some store and never received them. Then I opened a claim and turns out the seller closed shop. I don't think I ever recovered my money. So as a result I contested it with American Express.

I bought a wig once that was really ugly. When I contacted the seller, and I was very pleasant about it, this person got so evil and nasty, I was stunned. In looking at their feedback, it seems they love to insult buyers who are disappointed in their merchandise. Oddly enough, they had alot of very good feedback, too. Maybe he just picks and chooses who to tear to pieces.
99.9% of the time, I have had great experiences.

A couple of years ago my husband bought a camera from someone in England and never received it. They wrote back and forth blaming each other and finally left negative ratings on each other. He never received the camera and he was out a couple hundred dollars. Now he never buys anything from another country.

yeah with a poker table. guy sent me the wrong one, ebay sided with me but told me i had to pay the cost to return it. Of course a poker table is large and heavy, the shipping cost was about a third of the price of the table, so i ended up keeping it and not risk the guy sending another wrong unit.

Only once and only out of $4. But I was still not too happy with the one who did it. He claimed a cassette was Christian Industrial music, I got it (months later) and it turned out to be folk music. I complained and he offered to give me a refund. Months after I returned the cassette (and after tons of emails to follow up) I got a check for $4. It bounced of course. By then it was too late to give him negative feedback.

Ebay or Paypal?
Say, didn't I warn you of such before, in
regards to their resolution policies of settling disputes being bias in favor of their sellers?
