It depends on how many hard drives and partitions you have on your computer. If you only have one hard drive and partition then the CD drive will probably be D:. However, if you have more hard drives and/or partitions it will be the next letter after all the drives/partitions.

normally it is drive D if you only have one hard drive but windows being windows it is not always the case
to find your drive letter open my computer you will see little icons with a description of what they are look for CD drive the letter is the one you not sure put a CD in the drive click on the drive it will show you the CD you put in good luck happy hunting
