no horrible customer service they did not even bother to answer my emails on questions I asked.

If you want basic trading. You're an experianced trader. They are a legit (trustful) company insured by the government.

If you're a newbie I'd stay away. If you trade as a Swing Trader or Day Trader... I'd stay away. As a "Position Trader" they might be a good alternative.

I'm in the process of opening an account with them. I see nothing to indicate that its a scam.
