For example, on a discussion of universal health care, a neocon will inevitably write "I don't want to pay for other people's health care" (even though they do so now if they have insurance) or "it will destroy freedom of choice." Other examples: invoke the evil spirit of Bill Clinton by mentioning that he was impeached or had an affair with Monica; mention France in some disparaging way (e.g., "why don't you live in France with all the other surrender monkeys?").
Give as many examples as you want, mentioning the context if necessary to make the question more understandable. Go!

Skip742: I'm willing to concede your point. The Republican party has been hijacked by neoconservatives so thoroughly that for many, the two seem synonymous. I'm really just interested in compiling a list of the standard "cheap shots" that are made in Yahoo!Answers and in the (largely-neocon-dominated) news media.

As an anti-neocon Republican, I'd ask that you please separate out these two very different lists. No real Republican would have anything to do with a neocon.
The points you're making about healthcare are typical Republican/conservative points, but real neocons actually would probably support universal healthcare to some extent. The anti-France reference could fit under either camp, but the 'surrender monkey' jargon is pure neocon, and something you'd rarely hear from a typical conservative. In other words, if you mix up your groups, your whole argument falls flat.

As a conservative republican I:
am for personal responsibility
am for less taxes and smaller government
am anti-welfare (see above about personal responsibility)
do not believe in global-warming
am for tighter border security
am absolutely against murdering unborn children
agree with fighting the war in Iraq
rarely believe the media - as police officer I have seen firsthand how they manipulate the facts to make a better story
have absolutely no problem with an elected official who believes strongly in his/her religion
believe whole-heartedly that homosexuality is a learned trait and is absolutely wrong and furthermore those who chose this lifestyle should not be granted any special rights
I think that about covers it. I could elaborate and show how wrong democrats are on almost every issue.

Republicans aren't for anything except war. Besides that they're against everything. Think about it: Abortion, Stem Cell Research, gay rights, global warming, universal healthcare, the truth, welfare, non-Christians, poor people, personal freedoms, etc..
What are Republicans for again? Oh yeah, war and ME ME ME. Screw everyone else. It's all about ME.
Anyone notice how almost every Republican belief contradicts their other beliefs? There agenda doesn't line up. That's obviously why so many Reps use emotional arguments and favor diverting topics with right wing hogwash instead of confronting issues head on. I can go toe to toe with any Republican because there are so many holes in there agenda that it almost easy to pick apart.

well i thought we are one under one nation, i guess i was wrong,
as far as our 2 party's that they so call care for us, they work for us,
with out us they can not be re elected,
so far all i have seen is nothing but big B.S.
every single one of them is thinking how they can screw us some more,
and how much more they can put in their own pockets.
frankly i am sick and tired of all of them.
most of them are nothing but bunch of liars, and they are very good at it too.

If you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
If you question Bush, you are treasonous, traitorous, unpatriotic, terrorist-appeasing, America-hating.
It's for security.
