I think it's important to use your judgement.
You've done the training - you know what a supersoaker can do...
...and if you can't tell the difference between a drenchable target, and an innocent drystander, you shouldn't even own a plastic water-expelling device, much less operate one from the passenger seat of a 1995 Vauxhall Calibra.

you know those cyclists that weave in and out of traffic and fire filthy looks at you when you are slowly driving on road you are tested for competence to drive on and pay to the high heavens to drive on.- anyway , those cyclists-wouldn't it be great to be allowed to use a boxing glove on a broom handle?

It happened to me and my fiance Steph when we were standing at a bus stop shot us with a water pistol We were soaked lol!!!

no my friend got slung in a cell over xmas for yeilding a water pistol in mcdonalds. he had to wait until new years eve to get out.
