I believe that that is true, but I also believe people say that a little too quickly sometimes without really trying to put forth all the effort for the cirumstance to be "no matter what or how hard"

I don't know so much about "meant to be," but yes, there are things that will happen all your life that you try so hard to make happen and it still won't.

No, but some things just can't work because of circumstances. Nothing is meant to be. Life is what you make of it, but unfortunately not everything is possible.

Apparently. I've been trying to get this one doctor to notice me as more than just a friend for 11 years and all I ever get is a hug and a kiss. If he only knew how I fantasize about him.

Yes most definitely..there are things you WANT and try a lifetime for and never could get..thats why life is considered "rough" by everyone..u just cant get everything you want..just what you NEED.
