I joined a sorority, 10 years later I'm still actively involved as an advisor. You don't buy your friends, people who think that are ignorant. It looks great on your resume, it shows you can balance your life. You learn a lot about philanthropy, and you have a blast. You form bonds that last a lifetime. It's a great way to learn a lot about yourself and other people.
I would definitely recommend going through recruitment during your college years, just so you can see for yourself what it's like. Have an open mind, I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised - I know I was!

i'm in a fraternity. That being reported, my financial disaster probable does no longer provide a bid to all of us over the age of 20, possibly 21. the clarification particularly some human beings connect fraternities is for connections interior the employer international. while you're 40 5 or so which you may already have your guy or woman connections set up. besides that, I doubt too many center elderly adult adult males have the comparable pastimes as 20 12 months olds and in the event that they do then they could get a existence. As for taking part in frisbee golf and talking approximately "warm babes", i could fairly play golf and communicate approximately women folk.

I am in a sorority. It has been a mostly good experience. There are positives and negatives to consider carefully before joining. It is a good way to make friends with common interests if you are at a huge college, but sometimes you have to put up with a lot of bullshit. I would recommend it, nevertheless. In my experience, the good outweighs the bad.

I'm in a sorority. Joining was one of the best decisions of my life. I've never felt so comfortable with a group of people. And I've learned so much more in the way of leadership skills and social skills than I could have any other way.

I wanted to, but being an Architect major in school I just couldn't make it work. There were too many all-nighters and weekend work sessions to deal with their mandatory attendance crap. I may have been work junkie. Others may have been able to make it work, but I could not.
