Westheimer Strip or Richmond Strip. They use to hang out at The Hot Dog Place, but HPD arrested a bunch, just make sure you buy something and keep the receipt, so they know you are a patron of the place and can prove it.
There was a club called the 610 club. They raced the 610 loop at night.
Check out the Houston forms, also starbucks across from Galleria on weekends sometimes.

It depends on where you live. If you don't know anyone and you don't want to put it out on the net, park your bike next to another bike at a car show. A few more will park there, and then someone will crack open a beer.
edit: this only works on Saturdays...any maybe only here in Texas.

Ya know something? There's 4.5 billion people on this world and lord knows how many square miles of habitable land. Untold number of towns and cities.
You're going to have to be more explicit. And speaking as a rider of 30 years I truly hope you put more thought into your riding than you just displayed.
