Bracket 1--Willie Mays
Bracket 2--Babe Ruth
I don't like the yankees more, but Ruth played with ridiculously long fences, and Ruth lost 6 years of his career to pitching so he was only a hitter for 16 years as Aaron was for 23 years. When Ruth broke the homerun record the 2nd best all-time was Roger Connor with 138 homeruns. Aaron never hit 50 homeruns in a season, Ruth did that multiple times. I just don't see Aaron as that great of a homerun hitter cuz he never hit more than 49 homeruns in a season. Ruth wins the 2nd bracket and goes on to win the championship.

Bracket 2: Hank Aaron. No steroids. Still the greatest home run hitter, not Barry Bonds!

Overall, I choose Hammerin' Hank. He is the true home run king and always will be. To hit as many bombs as he did during his era (less "live" balls, racial predujice, death threats, pitchers who weren't afraid to pitch inside and hit guys) is unbelievable, and he dethroned an absolute legend in Ruth. There is no way Bonds, steroids or not, could have hit 755 homers during Aaron's era. As for who Aaron would top from bracket #1, I take Mays.
