I would like Ken Griffey Jr to get the record because of his wholesomeness but unfortunately his injuries makes Alex Rodriguez the likely candidate due to skill and age.

A-Rod. I bet he will have over 800 HR's by the time he is done. As for Griffey, it's too late in the game for him to catch up. I am a big Griffey fan and wish he didn't have all of those injuries, but if was healthy for all of those years , you gotta think Junior would have had the record as well.

Look out for Pujols as well.

Jr. is to old. Lets say Bonds stays at 757. Lets say Jr hits 40 a years for the next 4 years. He still wont pass if. Years ago it looked like Jr would be the one to pass Aaron. Just dont think he has the time to pass Bonds.

Every one says Arod. And yes it looks good but as with Jr. Hes just one ACL or someone coming in hard at 3rd from being off this list.

Rodriguez most likely... I think Griffey is too old to hit another 150-200 home runs

Rodriquez is the youngest to 500 in the history of MLB, so he is the logical next man to have the most career home runs. That doesn't mean he will play that long or continue to hit at the rate he has in the past.
