If you're typing that, and are offended easily by things such as rude avatars and what not, then you by nature are the type of person that is easily offended and sensitive to many things.
That's not a bad thing, when used wisely, but when you let that control you, and it runs amok, you can raise your blood pressure wildly over very silly things, and come across like an unpleasant, irritating person yourself.
That's the truth.
Your school project sounds like some teacher's wise *** assignment to quench his own theory of how democrats are probably more lenient and not as offended easily as their republican counterparts.
Tell your prof to get a more serious assignment than this lame crappola.

I'm not really offended by the rude avatars, however, it bothers me that kids go on this, and have to see some of the nudity, when it should be a safe site...Even if the age limit is 13, I still wouldn't want my 13 year old daughter seeing pics of a naked guy or girl on here...I feel that these avatars are very immature, and wish these people would grow up...I love coming on here, and worry that my kids will want to because I do...They are totally not allowed because of these pics...
(Most of the questions are pretty much okay, but if I could ban $mittys questions, I would...-no I don't ever report people..there is enough other people on here to do that for me....)

I'm amused by them. I'm offended when someone I know attacks me personally because of something I did or said. When people on the internet talk out of their butts, I am amused, and don't let it bother me. The rude or inappropriate avatars are there just to elicit a response. The rude comments and question are for the same reason.
But then, I like South Park, so I might not be the best judge of what's rude!
I'm either a Democrat or a South Park Republican… they’re very simiar.

I'm an independent..and the avatars and ridiculous questions dont neccesarily offend me they just show me how rude and ignorant people can be..which im used to by now..from being on this earth for 20 yrs..nothing surprises me anymore..so i just ignore things...

I am somewhat offended when people trash those that appear fragile psychologically.

well i really dont like those nude avatars on here it doesnt neccessarily offend me but theyre just nasty and they should just be banned form this
and as for sarcastic answers.... they should say jk or somethin like that cuz other ppl might now know theyre being sarcastic im not offended by them cuz im very sarcastic myself
