5'7"? Place kicker or special teams...
Or a tiny halfback.

point guard or shooting guard? it really doesn't matter.
can you catch? throw? block? you need to be fast to play most defensive positions. for your current size, you'd be a good corner back, but you have to be quick.. you have to really guard your player.. read his movements..
you could try being a tight end, or linebacker.. but you need more mass. bench more. have that kill or crush mentality. as a tight end, you dont need to be fast but you need to be able to take a hit. most of your plays put you in some kinda crossing pattern where you're in the middle of the field. its easy to get crushed by 3 players. as a linebacker, you need to be stronger and faster..
so realistically, you're going to have to dedicate yourself to this game. what you could do is try out , especially if it's a high school team, because the coaches will figure out a place for you. if not, then go for some place on the offensive line. you're still gonna need to bench way more and have strong legs..

you should be a free or strong saftey they arnet super fast but the need to be able to catch. some drills for you to do is have a person be a wr the have a qb throw him the ball while you are defending and try to swat the ball down or intercept it. for speed training do 200 meter SPRINTS dont run slow but give it a 110% effort. do these 2 times a week and only do 10 each time so you wont hurt yourself. and when you do get to the first practice try as hard as you can and show the coach u want to play and he will notice that when it comes to game time

Sounds to me like you're a three position player... end... guard... and tackle.
Sit on the end of the bench... guard the water... and tackle anyone from the other team getting near it.

I would try safety on "D" or maybe a special team spot. Get some speed and size and you could play where ever you want to.

my advise is go try out for the team and try various positions until you and the coaches decide what fits you best...
then work as hard as you want to make yourself into the player you want to be.. but stay with it no matter what..

Dude you're short, a little heavy, and weak.
Unless you're in Junior High school I would forget about football.
