Only after driving 2 hours or so, the temp starts to climb. Any idea what the problem is? The coolant level seems fine.

change the fluid and use a 50/50 percent water to anti freeze mix. and remember that water displaces the heat and antifreeze is self explanatory.in the south you don't need antifreeze unless you are going to have a cold winter.also check the thermostat .you can get one that opens at a lower temperature from an automotive store they are cheap and easy to install if you have electrical cooling fans make sure they both work on a car I owned one was always on and the other would come on at higher temp

Could be a problem with the water pump. The belt may be slipping or the pump can't keep up with the heat after a long drive.

check for debris and smashed fins in the a'c condensor if mounted in front of the radiator and any and all shrouding, spoilers,panels under the front bumper for curb damage.. the radiator may also need flushing or replaced
