where i can find info on unemployment i own 50% of a company and also work at a other job can i still get unemployment even if i own that company?

Unemployment Insurance (most states) is just that: insurance. You pay premiums for it out of every paycheck. You can own whatever percentage of another company, but if

1. you're not making any money from it, and

2. you are available to take another job doing whatever you did in your last paid job,

then you CAN collect unemployment benefits.

If you are an employee at the other job, you'd likely be eligible for unemployment comp if you get laid off from that job.

you owning half of a different business has no bearing on drawing unemployment from another job.so yes.
