No country that's name starts with a vowel has the prettiest girls. I don't know why, but it's true. So that leaves out the USA, England, Iceland, etc. I've always like the looks of the girls from France. And Thailand has some honeys too. I think if you combined a Thai girl with a French girl you'd have a real babe.

Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Denmark, Russia are next on my list.
Other STRONG CONTENDERS are; Italy, Spain, France, Iran, Hungary, Argentina and Kashmir.
Then, I would place England and Canada somewhat after these countries on my list. (Still that does NOT mean there`re no beautiful girls there - obviously there are!), but my choice is unlimited in this case.
These countries have very beautiful girls, and I can ONLY base my list on a very limited perspective, because it`s based on beauty and not relationships!

I would say each country would answer their own as the definition of beautiful changes from place to place.
