No. Dreams are complex and often symbolic. I guess how one kisses the friend in the dream could be relevant. Just a peck on the face isn't gay. Heterosexual females and persons of certain nationalities do that all the time.

Sex dreams (or making out dreams) in general mean that there is something about the other person that you are attracted to. It doesn't necessarily mean a sexual attraction, it could mean you're attracted to that person's personality, their power, their socio-economic status. There is just something about that person that you find admirable or wish you had more in your life of what you perceive the other person has in his/her life. So no, it doesn't mean you're gay. You just admire the guy/girl and your brain turns that into a heavy make-out session. Either laugh it off, or find out what it is about that person that you really find incredible and try to incorporate that character trait into your own life in a healthy manner. Good luck!

No, it's just a dream, and dreams have symbols in them that don't necessarily mean sexual things. Plus, it's pretty common for people to have those dreams, but it doesn't make them gay in any way.
